Puppy Application

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, 

We highly encourage you NOT to fill out a puppy application if you are unsure you can care for a puppy.

All questions in the form below are REQUIRED to be filled out, if not there will be an immediate denial / It will not be submitted to the breeder. 

The information contained in this application is used only to place a puppy and will not be used elsewhere.  A $20 fee will be collected after submitting your puppy application.  Please see FAQ #4 & #5 for more information as to why.

REFUND POLICY Unfortunately moving forward as of June 25th, 2024 to even schedule an appointment to meet any of our puppies you will need to fill out a puppy application that has a $20 fee. If you are not approved with our application process the $20 fee will be returned to you, OR if you meet with us and decide the pup isn't for you it will also be returned.  If approved the $20 fee will go towards the total cost of the puppy.  The ONLY instances the $20 would NOT be returned to you is if you no call no show, are unable to reschedule to another time, OR inform us you found another puppy within the time that has elapsed from scheduling the day to meet through the day of scheduled time to meet.
